Meet Our Staff:

Dale L. Lytkowski, CPA, MBA

Dale received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1966 with his major in accounting. He received his Master of Business Administration degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1969 majoring in accounting and finance. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1971. Dale has lectured at Case Western Reserve University to students in the MBA program and has presented numerous seminars on taxes and closely held businesses.  

Dale has six years experience with a Big-Five firm, two years experience at ITT and over 35 years of leadership at Lytkowski & Co. He has a wide variety of experience in industrial and governmental auditing with emphasis on not-for-profit and governmental operations. He has a broad range of tax knowledge and is well versed in financial planning and tax strategies and has developed a specialty in merger and acquisitions with a focus on strategically targeted acquisitions. He is well acquainted with the financial community and experienced in loan assistance, business organization and planning. As the driving force behind Lytkowski & Co., his experience is as wide and varied as the firm's clients are. He brings to the firm a blend of industrial, "Big-Five" and entrepreneurial experience. 

Dale is Past President of the Cleveland Society of Poles. He is also a board member for the Advisory Board for Marymount Hospitals and he is active with the Multiple Sclerosis Society, of which he was previously a board member. 

Dale and his wife live in Independence, Ohio where he is Chairman of the Planning Commission. He enjoys golf, traveling and a good cigar.

David M. Lytkowski, CPA, MBA

David received his Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Akron in 1987. He received his Master of Business Administration degree from Cleveland State University in 1999 with honors. He passed the CPA exam on his first attempt and became a certified public accountant in 1991.

David began his accounting career with Multicare Management Company as a general accountant and subsequently joined our firm in 1989. Since joining the firm, David has excelled in his role as a Partner and Director of Assurance Services. His experience includes working on a wide variety of clients from privately held businesses to large manufacturers. David's area of expertise is working with manufacturing businesses such as metal bending and stamping, tool and die and the polymer and plastics industries, as well as non-profit's such as private foundations, social clubs and health and welfare organizations. 

David has been an active member of the Strongsville Chamber of Commerce and a past member of the Parma Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife are also active in community and youth programs through their church. 

Currently, David and his wife reside in Strongsville, Ohio. He enjoys photography, golf and spending time with his family.

Kimberly D. Lytkowski-Kalogeras, CPA, MT

Kim received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Akron in 1991. She went on to receive her Masters of Taxation in 1995, also from the University of Akron. She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1992.

Kim has a broad range of experience in both accounting and auditing as well as being heavily involved in all aspects of taxation and planning. Upon completion of her Masters of Taxation, she concentrated in the tax arena with a focus on closely-held businesses, upper net-worth individuals and estate planning.

Kim and her husband reside in Brecksville, Ohio. Kim enjoys visiting her college age daughter on the West coast, trying different cuisines, and rescuing cats.

William M. Dutton, CPA, CFE

Bill is a graduate of John Carroll University, where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1992. Later that year, he passed the CPA Exam on his first attempt. He received his certification after satisfying the two year experience requirement in 1994.

In 1992, Bill began his career with a regional accounting firm based in the Cleveland area. Bill was with that firm for seven years during which he grew through the ranks, eventually attaining the level of Senior Manager. His experience included significant accounting, auditing, tax and other business advisory services. He has a wide range of industry experience including manufacturing, distribution, advertising and service organizations as well as not-for-profit organizations. His focus continues to be providing top level accounting, tax and consulting services to closely-held companies. 

In late 2004, Bill became a Certified Fraud Examiner having passed the exam on his first attempt while having previously met the experience requirements. In conjunction with this, Bill has worked to help expand the firm's role in fraud and forensic accounting as well as augment the firm's efforts with regards to Sarbanes-Oxley and litigation and bankruptcy support services. 

Bill is a member of the Leadership Cleveland Class of 2015. He is a past board member of the Hitchcock Center for Women, a charitable organization providing services to women and children of the community who are recovering from alcoholism and other addictions. He and his wife are active volunteers/parents at St. Columbkille School in Parma, Ohio ad Lawrence School in Broadview Heights, Ohio. They donate their time during the holidays at St. Augustine's Church delivering meals. Bill is also a member of the AICPA, OSCPA and ACFE.
